We celebrated Theresa's first birthday on Saturday, the 12th of November. It was a very joyous occasion... A whole lot of friends came over for the party in the afternoon. At 3, right when the party was meant to start, a thunder and lightning storm hit. It poured down with rain for a while, hence the umbrellas!
There was a cake, of course...

We are so thankful to have Theresa in our family...
Theresa is joyful and she's a joy to us. Earlier this year I was thinking about when you adopt a child, God gives an orphan a family, but He also gives childless parents a child. He has certainly done that with us and we are so thankful for the great first year we've had with this delightful baby. Happy birthday Theresa! xox
